We’re Hiring – Barista/FOH Assistant

The Luxury Picnic Company is looking for Barista/FOH Assistant to join our team at our new café, deli and event space which is opening in Battersea in the coming weeks.

We require a Barista to support with all aspects of the retail side of the business.

On a daily basis The Luxury Picnic Café will be producing fresh deli food for takeaway, serving customers for grab and go and dine in. We will also be hosting private events in the space (predominantly in the evenings). Alongside this we offer our picnic boxes and catering services for collection and delivery.  

The Barista needs to be a hands-on, guest facing personality with excellent sales and hospitality skills.

Requirements of our Barista:

·Lover of coffee and food (we are also partial to the odd wine 😉 and is eager to learn more about our products

·Ability to deliver a personable and memorable experience to each visitor in The Luxury Picnic Café

·Good understanding of Food Safety and H&S procedures

·Bubbly personality with a positive can-do attitude and leads by example

·Keen eye for detail

·Good coffee and basic food preparation skills

·Excellent communication and IT skills to keep up to date with our online platform

·Proactive person with a good work ethic who can adapt to the needs of the business
