Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the www.theluxurypicniccompany.co.uk website and booking our event services (the “Service”) operated by The Luxury Picnic Company (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.


If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, telephone number, email address, delivery address, dietary requirements and various other personal information for the delivery of our events.


Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis for an agreed period of time which you have agreed to.

Dietary Requirements & Allergens

It is the customers responsibility to clearly read the ingredients used in our products and to ensure that we are made aware of any allergens or dietary requirements prior to the order being confirmed and paid for. You further acknowledge and agree that The Luxury Picnic Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use or consumption of our product or services.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by The Luxury Picnic Company.

The Luxury Picnic Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that The Luxury Picnic Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Refund, Return, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

Refund, return & cancellation

We do not offer refunds on our box orders, please ensure you select the correct date when completing your purchase. Once payment has been made, the order is confirmed and is non-refundable.

By purchasing a box from our online shop you thereby agree to our delivery policy.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Day and Times

We deliver to specific postcodes in London (please see list for more information).

Our delivery days are specified on our website and are subject to change however for the most part we deliver Wednesday to Sunday every week, including Bank Holidays. 

Once you place your order and specify your desired delivery time, we will send you an email confirming your delivery window. It is the customers responsibility to be at the delivery address to receive the box. We are not able to wait if no-one is home and accept no responsibility for the product once it has been delivered. 

Changes to Address, Time or Date of Delivery or Products Purchased

By purchasing online, you agree that you have confirmed the order, delivery postcode (must be within our delivery remit), time and delivery date. An admin fee will be charged for deliveries outside our delivery remit or for product changes subject to availability).

Day of Delivery

Our courier will attempt to deliver at the Shipping Address provided. If they fail to get hold of yourself/recipient, your Box will be delivered to a neighbour. You will be notified of these attempts and delivery to neighbour via the email address or telephone number provided. 

Special Requests

We always aim to please our customers and where possible we do try to accommodate special requests however these are at the customers risk and we accept no responsibility for any product or service that is not to the customers likely where a substitution has been made.
