Menu 2: High-Tea
• Smoked salmon, dill and chive cream cheese mini bagel with pickled red onion and cucumber
• Truffle and rosemary Focaccia with Spanish ham and basil
• Sesame pork roll with fennel and homemade tomato sauce
• Cheese gougeres
• Berry, mascarpone and caramel tartelettes
• Baby scones with seasonal jam and clotted cream
• Carrot and pecan nut cake with a cream cheese icing
• Rolo and Mars Bar Brownie
